Cloud Infrastructure Architect

This position is a rare opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute their skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving landscape of cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud architectures using various technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes. A strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and containerization, is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. Equivalent certifications like Red Hat Certified Architect or similar experience in Azure Cloud Architect, AWS Cloud Architect, OCI Cloud Implementation can be considered as substitute.

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading transformation projects, migrating on-prem workloads to Public Cloud solutions, with hands-on expertise in Terraform and Ansible.
  • Proven track record of managing pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps-driven configuration management and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of container technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, with expertise in orchestration, service discovery, and rolling updates.
  • Familiarity with API communications, including REST and SOAP, and developing new consumers/publishers for APIs beneficial.

Excellent scripting skills in Groovy, Bash, PowerShell, Python, and strong understanding of repository and artifact management tools (Red Hat Satellite, Spacewalk, Nexus) are required. Adequate knowledge of project management methodologies and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) are also necessary.
