Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

The position involves managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using Terraform to provision scalable and reliable services.
  • Automating configuration management using Ansible to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Monitoring performance and identifying issues using DataDog to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications.
  • Continuously exploring new tools and practices to enhance DevOps processes and improve overall system reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cloud principles and services with experience in GCP and Azure required.
  • Understanding of Terraform for defining and managing infrastructure as code efficiently.
  • Familiarity with using Ansible or other CM tools for configuration management and automation.
  • Experience with DataDog or other visibility platforms for effective monitoring and optimization of system performance.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Cloud Platform tools and practices.
