Job Title: Loan Pre-Closing Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and input loan submissions from Relationship Managers, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
  • Communicate with RMs to gather necessary information, ensuring timely underwriting.
  • Complete pre-closing tasks, including ordering appraisals and title searches.
  • Collaborate with RMs to ensure all conditions precedent to closing are met.
Requirements:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of loan documents and experience with loan processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
