**Job Title:** Mortgage Pre-Closing Specialist

The Commercial Pre-Closing Expert role requires collaboration with Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide sales support and coordinate new money and renewal requests.

  • Reviews loan submissions, including financial information, ownership, and compliance requirements.
  • Communicates with RMs to gather additional information and ensure applications are complete and ready for underwriting.
  • Completes loan pre-closing tasks, including ordering appraisals, title searches, and reviewing entity documents.
  • Collaborates with RMs to ensure all conditions precedent to closing are met.
  • Reviews existing loan documents for accuracy and compliance with loan guidelines.

Key Responsibilities include Loan Processing, Preparation of Loan Documents, and Service. The ideal candidate will have a high level of decision-making capabilities and exception processing ability.
