Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced customer acquisition specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility with rotational shifts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a customer acquisition professional, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential business customers through phone calls, emails, and other electronic communication. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls to business services, effectively managing objections to close sales. Your primary goal will be to make 90 to 100 cold calls daily, engaging in meaningful business conversations to uncover gaps where our solutions can assist.

You will use persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to meet customer needs and secure sales. You will develop customized solutions for customers, positioning our services as essential resources for their operations. You will also set appointments or close deals with customers, consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Additionally, you will record detailed and accurate notes of customer interactions in CRM software and implement, manage, and track individual sales goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills. You will also require strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities, high resilience and adaptability, capable of handling challenging sales situations and overcoming objections.

A bachelor's degree is not required; however, you must be a 12th pass or diploma holder. Previous customer service or sales experience in a call center or BPO environment is preferred but not mandatory.
