As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating sales through your professional network and personal database. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and identify business opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and expand our business footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify business opportunities and understand their needs.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to grow existing client relationships and increase revenue.
  3. Database Management: Maintain a database of contacts and interactions to track client relationships and identify potential opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or a related field, preferably in banks or wealth management companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
