Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Site Reliability Engineering strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the implementation of this critical initiative.

SRE Strategy Responsibilities:
  • Create a culture of automation by reducing manual efforts.
  • Develop methodologies to identify inefficient processes and automate them where possible.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop metrics that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Work with teams to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.
  • Design and implement monitoring strategies with engineering teams.
  • Lead architectural reviews to ensure reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement from incidents.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve these goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in site reliability engineering and strong leadership skills. Key qualities include strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Responsibilities will include:
