Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling medical equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other potential clients.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences and ensure they are fulfilled.
  • Meet with customers to brief them on company policies and procedures.
  • Develop new business strategies in accordance with legal procedures.
  • Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Preferably in the medical equipment industry or previously worked as a Medical Representative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driving license is necessary.

Location: Goa and Pune (Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Karad)
