Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with nano and micro creators across various social media platforms. Your goal will be to create engaging content that drives app installs, qualified applications, and user engagement.

You will develop a comprehensive strategy to source and onboard creators, negotiate deliverables, and manage turnarounds. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of short-video briefs, localized to Hindi and regional languages, and maintain weekly UGC themes. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer/creator growth experience, negotiation skills, and data analysis expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in influencer/creator growth marketing
  • A strong network of nano and micro creators in Hindi and regional languages
  • Negotiation skills and ability to manage 100+ creator relationships
  • Data analysis expertise, including experience with Firebase and attribution tracking
  • Knowledge of disclosure norms, RBI-safe messaging, and fraud prevention tactics
