Content Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Content Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in researching and creating high-quality content for various marketing materials, including eBooks, infographics, and quizzes.

  • The Content Development Specialist will be responsible for developing engaging content that targets both Indian and global users, with a focus on devotional and mythology topics.
  • They will also need to research trending keywords, gaps in online content, and create fresh content to meet the needs of our audience.
  • Additionally, they will establish content quality benchmarks and manage published content to ensure it meets our standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Research and develop in-depth content on devotional and mythology topics.
  2. Translate and adapt content for various marketing materials, such as eBooks, infographics, and quizzes.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and gaps in online content.
  4. Develop a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar with the editorial team.
  5. Evaluate and approve submitted articles for coherence and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content.
  6. Edit and rewrite articles that may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in content development, research, and writing.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
