We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Content Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging edutainment content for young Indians aged 18-27, focusing on finance, part-time earning, and wellbeing.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of user preferences and demand to inform content creation decisions.
  • Refine existing content based on user feedback and performance data to ensure maximum impact.
Instructional Design & AI Integration
  • Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences that incorporate AI tools for content generation and personalization.
  • Design interactive learning activities, simulations, and assessments to engage users and promote knowledge retention.
Course Development & Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end development process for video content, from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain organized documentation of course content and design decisions to facilitate collaboration and scalability.
Market Research & Analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the video/content streaming market globally and in India to inform content strategy.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as mass media, content creation, or filmography.
  • 3-6 years of experience in content creation, specifically in video edutainment spaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and learning design.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
  • Strong project management skills to deliver high-quality content on time.
