Job Title: Lead Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Graphic Designer to join our team at Raah Foundation. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for our web, mobile, social media, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual design concepts and strategies to support the organization's brand and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with the organization's brand guidelines.
  • Design and develop visual elements, such as graphics, icons, and typography, to enhance the user experience and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and outputs.
  • Manage and coordinate design projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation, particularly in creating short-form videos.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and practices, with the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
