About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our team at HR Interface Executive Search Services. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our company's visual identity and creating compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.

As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will oversee the overall design strategy for our company, ensuring a unified and modern visual identity that captures the attention of our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to create visually compelling assets that support and elevate our company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the company's design strategy, ensuring a unified and modern visual identity that captures the attention of the target audience.
  • Set the visual direction for all projects and campaigns, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the graphic design team, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team members, and provide feedback to help grow their skills and career development.
  • Manage design resource allocation, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to design thinking and user-centric design approaches.
  • Strong design background from a premier design school/institute.
  • Proven track record of leading creative teams and driving the visual identity of brands.
  • Expertise in modern design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and others.
  • Marketing-focused mindset: Ability to create designs that not only look great but also deliver on key marketing objectives.
  • Strong understanding of how modern consumers interact with brands online and the type of content that grabs attention and drives engagement.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking with a strong sense of creativity and the ability to deliver disruptive, attention-grabbing, and eye-catching designs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field from a premier/renowned design institute is a must.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, with hands-on expertise in both traditional and digital design elements.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams, delivering innovative design solutions, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand-building, and marketing-focused design.
  • Experience working with luxury/UHNI/HNI clients is highly preferred.
