Job Title: Lead Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Graphic Designer to join our team at Raah Foundation. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for our web, mobile, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual design concepts for our web, mobile, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with our stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain our brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all our materials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with motion graphic animation and video production.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and practices.
