Job Title: Graphic and Video Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic and Video Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually appealing and engaging static and video collaterals that effectively communicate our brand's message and product proposition. You will be a part of the Marketing and are required to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual assets that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other static assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other channels.
  • Create compelling visual elements that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate complex educational concepts.
  • Conceptualize and produce video content, including promotional videos, explainer videos, product demos, and animated graphics.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design elements and collaterals, adhering to brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of static and video design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
