We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Cost Transformation Specialist to support a leading consulting firm's automotive cost reduction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management processes in the automotive industry.
  • Analyze product design, raw material costs, and manufacturing processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and engineering departments to implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare cost structures with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide cost transformation strategies tailored to automotive manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization without compromising quality and performance.
  • Utilize data analytics, value engineering, and lean methodologies to optimize cost structures.
  • Report progress and insights to senior stakeholders and business leaders.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (mandatory).
  • 3-6 years of experience in cost reduction, sourcing, and enterprise cost transformation within the automotive sector.
  • Strong expertise in value engineering, cost modeling, and procurement strategies.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, six sigma, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
