Transformation Leader, Cost Optimization

Role Overview:

The Transformation Leader, Cost Optimization will spearhead a bank-wide initiative to simplify, elevate, and transform cost management processes. This involves standardizing and digitizing performance management activities, redesigning processes for front-to-back visibility of profitability, and leveraging technology to scale this capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy:
    • Establish a best-in-class finance reporting, forecasting, and planning system with digital offerings and enhanced visualization for senior management executives.
  • Business:
    • Ensure clarity of objectives agreed with the leadership team and break them down into tasks with regular updates.
    • Manage assigned tasks professionally and efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and requirements.
    • Contribute to team effectiveness by utilizing interpersonal skills to work with members effectively.

    • Simplify, standardize, and automate reporting frameworks across countries, business units, and segments.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in banking and financial services in multiple core finance functions.
  • Techno-functional knowledge and experience in implementing or working with SAP suites of products like S4 HANA, PAPM, BPC, MDG, Ariba, Concur, etc.
  • Experience in large-scale change initiatives within finance.
