Project Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception through to final delivery.

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.
  • Multifaceted Project Management: Successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Comprehensive Project Planning: Showcase proficiency in project planning and management, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in Site Management: Utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Vendor Network Development: Establish and maintain a strong network of vendors, particularly focusing on the Bangalore region, to support project requirements.
  • Leadership and Communication Excellence: Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the in-house team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones. Exhibit strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Possess relevant experience in effectively managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
    • Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
    • Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be given preference.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
    • Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
    • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Work well under pressure and demonstrate the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
