We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our HR team with various administrative tasks, record-keeping, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Document Organization: Organize and manage HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files (physical and digital) in a secure and accessible manner.
- Preparation of Documents: Prepare HR-related documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Tracking and Attendance: Maintain accurate trackers for leaves and attendance, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Compliance and Audit: Assist with compliance and audit preparation activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- General Office Duties: Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Filing Systems: Develop and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring ease of access and retrieval.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and support internal events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and excellent communication.
- Other Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and teamwork.
