- Pitching and Sales:
- Develop customized pitches tailored to each partner to secure franchise deals

- Onboarding and Integration:
- Act as the single point of contact for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of the franchise to local management

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management in the retail sector
- Proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities
- Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
