Senior Visual Designer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to lead our direct-to-consumer beauty brand's visual identity.

  • Owning the design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Leading the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

You will also need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

In addition to the above requirements, having the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
