About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Key Account Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a Key Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for handling key client accounts that drive the majority of our revenue. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with these clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth.

Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying new opportunities, developing strategies to expand our reach, and optimizing customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales team to achieve maximum profit through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.

Achieving this requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of our key clients' businesses, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing tailored strategies to meet key client needs and drive business growth.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts using key account metrics.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
