Senior Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics, collaborating directly with client stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics, as well as a strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design. They will also possess excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.

This is a client-facing role that requires the ability to lead discovery sessions, configure software solutions, manage implementation lifecycles, execute data mapping and integration processes, and provide post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery sessions to define business and technical requirements
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics based on client needs
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
