Mobile App Growth Marketing Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled mobile app growth marketer to spearhead the development and execution of paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Apple, Google, and others, to boost installations and conversions
  • Design and refine user acquisition funnels to ensure scalable profitability
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies
    • Proven experience in scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
    • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
    • Experience with Web2App Funnels
    • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools
    • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps
    • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
