Mobile App Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned mobile growth marketer to spearhead paid campaigns and drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for wellness apps.

Key responsibilities will include running and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels, building and iterating on user acquisition funnels, leveraging AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization, analyzing campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows, and staying updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google), experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets, hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools, and practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc).

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)

Nice to have:

  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
