Mobile App Growth Marketer

As a Mobile App Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for running and scaling paid campaigns to drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.

This role involves executing paid campaigns day in and day out, optimizing funnels, and ensuring growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns across various channels to drive installs and conversions.
  • Design and iterate on user acquisition funnels to ensure campaigns scale profitably.
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows.
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google).
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets.
  • Knowledge of Web2App Funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps.
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles.
