About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile App Growth Marketer to spearhead the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.

This role is focused on executing daily paid campaigns, optimizing user acquisition funnels, and ensuring scalable growth through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and refining paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive user engagement and conversion rates
  • Building and iterating on user acquisition funnels to ensure campaign scalability and profitability
  • Utilizing AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyzing campaign and funnel data using industry-leading analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across multiple platforms
  • Experience running campaigns in high-growth markets such as the US and EU
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard analytics and marketing tools
  • Practical application of AI in marketing workflows for campaign optimization and creative testing
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
