Job Overview

  • This role requires a Facilities Assistant to oversee the day-to-day administration of facilities, ensuring seamless operations and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate activities, including defining objectives, communicating with management, and monitoring key project milestones.
  • Ensure zero incidents on exam days related to administrative services and maintain standardized processes at all exam venues.
  • Provide support in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, as well as define and implement control mechanisms for administrative teams.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, govern governance over partners, and ensure service level agreements at exam venues.
  • Deploy additional resources as needed and help shortlist prospective partners/venues based on defined parameters.
  • Maintain legal compliance for all venues and prepare contingency plans.
  • Perform surprise checks, handle crisis situations, and conduct audits of exam venues.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Technical knowledge of electrical equipment
  • Experience in facility management, operations, and team leadership
  • Ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel, and effective liaisoning with authorities
  • Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations, vendor management skills, and ability to take ownership of assigned work
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
