Facility Operations Manager

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Facility Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our coworking centers in Kannur, India.

  • Ensure smooth functioning and preventive maintenance of MEP services across multiple centers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, and AMC schedules to provide an excellent member experience. Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks including asset management, inventory, procurement, and support centre teams in delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in facility management/administration, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to respond quickly to operational needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and familiarity with MEP, housekeeping, and vendor management.
