Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing our entire go-to-market (GTM) tech stack, ensuring our systems work in harmony to support efficient workflows and surface key insights.

  • Own and optimize our GTM tech stack, evaluating tool usage and integrating platforms for seamless data flow.
  • Serve as SFDC administrator and power user, managing workflows, fields, objects, and automation to support sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design efficient processes across lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards that track key metrics, such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Lead tool onboarding and offboarding, including vendor management and training.
  • Be the connector between systems, solving data gaps and ensuring reliable reporting.
  • Stay ahead of new features and capabilities across our GTM tools, improving how we work.
  • Analyze GTM data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and propose actionable improvements across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis to inform leadership decisions.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS GTM models, supporting both SLG and PLG motions.
  • Hands-on SFDC admin experience, building and troubleshooting workflows, custom fields, automation, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and the connection between sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems and eliminate unnecessary tools or processes.
  • Analytical mindset, familiar with dashboards, attribution, and pipeline metrics.
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves but also thinking strategically about how tech can unlock growth.
  • Curious, fast learner, and proactive problem-solver.
