Job Title

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Assist employees with hardware, software, network connectivity, and user account issues.
  • Configure new workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system patches, and antivirus scans.
  • Manage and track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Participate in user account creation, modification, and password management.
  • Monitor helpdesk tickets and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and common solutions for knowledge base improvement.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate or final year student of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (MacOS/Windows/Linux).
  • Familiarity with IT asset inventory, mac OS, basic networking, and user account management.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
