Job Summary:

The organization is seeking an experienced Fundraising Specialist to lead the development and execution of a volunteer-powered peer-to-peer fundraising program, face-to-face fundraising initiatives, and institutional funding strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing grants or corporate partnerships and managing large-scale fundraising campaigns. They will be responsible for designing and implementing volunteer onboarding, training, and performance tracking systems, as well as coordinating incentives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Peer-to-Peer Volunteer Fundraising Program (Primary Focus)
  • Lead and manage the fundraising activities of up to 6,000 volunteers per year.
  • Design and implement volunteer onboarding, training, and performance tracking systems tailored to peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Coordinate incentives, including administering bonus pay-outs to top-performing volunteers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to provide fundraising toolkits and campaign messaging.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve retention, engagement, and fundraising results.
  • Face-to-Face Fundraising Program
  • Design and manage a high-impact face-to-face fundraising strategy to acquire new monthly donors in public spaces.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise in-person fundraising teams.
  • Develop outreach scripts and branded visuals for effective public engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Institutional Fundraising & Donor Development
  • Identify and apply for CSR opportunities and international funding aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Build and maintain a live database of CSR contacts and relationship status.
  • Draft and submit high-quality proposals and progress reports.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with corporate funders and aid agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Non-profit Management, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in fundraising, donor relations, or non-profit volunteer engagement.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale fundraising campaigns.
  • Strong track record of securing grants or corporate partnerships.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
