About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Reliability Engineer. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability and resilience of our systems, identifying potential failure points, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and fault tolerance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential single points of failure.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of system failures and develop mitigation plans to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain expertise in load testing and chaos testing tools to ensure system robustness.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for resiliency and reliability to ensure seamless system operation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SPOF and FMEA methodologies.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on resiliency and chaos engineering.
  • Expertise in designing and maintaining fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Familiarity with observability, tracing, and telemetry tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
