Job Summary

We are seeking a Risk Management expert to enhance our operational resilience.

This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining the risk register, evaluating mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Identification & Register Maintenance
  • Proactively identify potential risks across operations and projects, and maintain a comprehensive risk register with severity, likelihood, and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor & Evaluate Risk Plans
  • Assess the effectiveness of current risk management strategies and recommend improvements for adaptability and efficiency.
  • Conduct Investigations & Assessments
  • Perform in-depth analysis to uncover vulnerabilities and use findings to shape robust risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop Contingency Plans
  • Create actionable backup plans to minimize impact from unforeseen events and ensure preparedness and control.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare clear, concise reports on risk processes and outcomes, and engage stakeholders in informed decision-making.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Align risk frameworks with legal and regulatory standards to support organizational stability and reputation.
