About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business workflows, define key performance indicators, and build data-driven dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to AWS cloud cost optimization strategies, including Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and anomaly detection.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and high availability (RTO/RPO) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including EDP, Data Engineering, and vendor partners, to drive process standardization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R programming languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and FinOps best practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data expertise, and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)/Continuous Integration-Continuous Deployment (CI-CD).
