Business Intelligence Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven decision making.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks. You will also design and build high-performance dashboards using PersivX BI, partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights, and conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and excellent communication skills to present insights clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Designing and building high-performance dashboards using PersivX BI
  • Partnering with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
  • Conducting business analysis to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets
  • Familiarity with advanced BI features such as forecasting, clustering, or data modeling
