Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
    • Understand client requirements and ensure internal teams deliver relevant solutions.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals.
    • Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Manage all aspects of client communication and coordination beyond social media.
    • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Content Planning & Performance Analysis:
    • Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
