Job Description

The Outreach Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in spearheading influencer marketing campaigns. This involves identifying potential influencers, building relationships, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure campaign success.

  • Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter) that align with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Conduct outreach to potential influencers, introducing them to the brand and discussing collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software.
