Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing policies and procedures to maintain a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on compliance risks and issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to ensure compliance awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in finance, risk management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in financial services compliance, preferably with experience in banking and payment industries.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
