As a Compliance Manager for Markets and Securities Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization maintains a strong compliance culture. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that compliance is a core focus in all areas of responsibility, building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing oversight and control as it relates to compliance policies, procedures, risk management, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and compliance management to identify and address any issues, and provide timely escalation of any concerns. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to analyze stakeholder goals versus regulatory requirements and effectively manage their expectations, addressing any misalignment. You will also be responsible for maintaining contact with key senior stakeholders and compliance management to identify and communicate status, progress, risks, and issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with relevant key stakeholders to establish strong relationships and provide expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to analyze and understand complex workflows and provide meticulous attention to detail. If you have a strong understanding of risk, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk, and have excellent communication skills, this role may be a good fit for you. Experience in operating within a regulatory compliance/risk or control type role, and knowledge of MiFID Trade and Transaction Reporting requirements would be essential. Experience and/or a practical understanding of financial products, e.g., foreign exchange, equities, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, OTC derivatives, would also be beneficial. If you have a strong analytical skill set and are able to communicate effectively, this role may be a good fit for you.
