Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Acquisition: Grow our network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new channel partners.
2. Network Development: Strengthen our sales network by fostering strong relationships with channel partners and real estate agents.
3. Customer Database Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database through partner interactions.
4. Meeting Coordination: Optimize client meetings by coordinating with the Technical Sales Team.
5. Activation: Ensure that partners are actively engaged in sourcing activities to maintain a strong lead pipeline.
6. Product and Price Updates: Keep partners informed and competitive by regularly updating them on product offerings and pricing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required; specialization in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and construction industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
