Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of our platform infrastructure.   • Leads efforts to automate and improve deployment processes and infrastructure management.
  • Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and proactively addresses potential bottlenecks.
  • Collaborates with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and ensures best practices in software delivery.
  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and teams.
  • Evaluates and implements new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Ensures security best practices are integrated into the development and deployment processes.
  • Conducts regular reviews with stakeholders to align on technology roadmap and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and design principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Understanding of networking concepts and services, including load balancing, DNS, and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Dynatrace).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
