**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist to lead and manage the organization's infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management, with expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing infrastructure-related projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and Implement Infrastructure Strategy:

    The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that aligns with business objectives. This includes reviewing and analyzing existing infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimizing its performance.

  • Negotiate Purchases and Manage Inventory:

    The candidate will negotiate purchases of software, hardware, and other IT supplies as approved by management and manage inventory of software licenses, hardware, and other IT supplies.

  • Collaborate with Senior Management and Peers:

    The Infrastructure Management Specialist will collaborate with senior management and peers to gain acceptance on alternative approaches when needed.

  • Oversee Outsourced Teams:

    The candidate will oversee outsourced teams for daily operations and activities.

  • Provide Solutions to Complex Business Problems:

    The successful candidate will provide solutions to complex business problems that require in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

  • Perform Live Disaster Recovery Activities:

    The candidate will perform live disaster recovery activities and conduct regular drills.

**Requirements:**

  • Education:

    A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.

  • Experience:

    A minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure management for both on-premise data centers and cloud infrastructures.

  • Skills:

    Program and project management expertise, planning and executing infrastructure-related projects, and in-depth hands-on knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage, databases, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and networks.
