Job Title: Help Desk Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing helpdesk teams, with at least 15+ years of experience. They should have managed a Help Centre with more than 50 seats for at least 2 years and have experience in imparting training and supporting help desk representatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and mentor helpdesk staff to ensure they have the necessary training and resources to effectively support clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical and operational support services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing efficient helpdesk SOPs and workflows to improve response times and service quality.
  • Track helpdesk metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of support operations.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to helpdesk support staff to promptly resolve issues reported by clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • At least 15+ Years of experience of handling helpdesk team
  • Should have managed Help Centre (with more than 50 seats) for at least 2 years
