Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facility-related services, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of facility plans and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of facility staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
