Retention Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on one of our most critical challenges: preventing user churn and reactivating lapsed listeners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • At-Risk User Intervention (Churn Prevention): Identify at-risk users through data analysis, engage with them directly to uncover the root causes of dissatisfaction, and develop targeted campaigns to re-engage them.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation (Win-Back Strategy): Architect and manage end-to-end strategies for bringing back churned subscribers, including segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since churn.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for churn rate, save rate, reactivation rate, and ROI of campaigns, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies.
  • Innovative Problem-Solver: Think creatively, challenge assumptions, and design industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-On Campaign Execution: Directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytically Sharp: Proficient in digging through data to find opportunities, with strong proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools.
