Job Description

Vitelco seeks a skilled professional to join its team as a Data Insights Specialist. This role is focused on driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with a strong background in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Proficient in tools like SQL, Excel, and big data queries, with experience in Tableau or Power BI being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze data from various sources and prepare comprehensive reports related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities and performances.
  2. Create reports requested by customers and teams using reporting tools, and conduct analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
  3. Produce reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness.
  4. Build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.
  5. Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
  6. Use data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  7. Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies.
