Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Lead to join our team. As a key member, you will drive the design and development of mechanical products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality mechanical designs and assemblies
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective design implementation
  • Lead design reviews and provide input on design changes
  • Ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in product design and development
  • Proficiency in NX CAD design software and Teamcenter PLM software
  • GD&T skills and ability to perform tolerance stack-ups on complex assemblies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with ASME Y14.5 standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
