As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the product design strategy and growth through collaboration with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience designing enterprise products in the F&B industry or B2B service industry. They should have a problem-solving mindset, empathize with users, and prioritize user-centered design decisions.

You will lead a team of product designers to create innovative products that impact people across the world. You will also collaborate with UX research teams to amplify research and design impact.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on building impactful products from scratch and scale them across multiple platforms, devices, countries, and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Product Design Strategy

Set vision for all products and develop product strategy in collaboration with Director of Design, Product Director, and Engineering Head.

  • Create innovative designs that effectively respond to briefs and solve for the challenge presented.
  • Develop Design Strategy for Scale, update atomic design system in collaboration with Product Design Team and Key Stakeholders to improve efficiency and consistency across product lines.
  • Innovate and build better user experiences that evolve and define visual systems and generate or upgrade the visual language.
2. Enable Growth in Collaboration with Key Stakeholders

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand the current product suite and leverage research to build effective product suites.

  • Communicate design intent to cross-functional teams and stakeholders with clear rationalization and justification for design work prioritizing advocacy for users' needs.
  • Actively work with Product Trio foster a data-driven, strategic design approach to achieve product goals in a timely manner.
  • Derive key metrics and performance indicators, measure, track, and continuously optimize to achieve overarching goals.
3. Lead & Mentor the Team

Guide the team of Product Designers to conceptualize/design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple to use but elegant and Impactful to experience.

  • Spark thoughts/innovative ideas in the team and bring the best out of teammates by nurturing, mentoring, and leading them in the right path.
  • Work closely with Operations and Business Teams to better understand business and ground reality through users' point of view, and with Marketing, Tech Operations Teams to launch products that communicate effectively.
