Product Design Leader Job Description

 

 

  • About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and vision for our products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product design strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences and inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow in their careers.

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, preferably in F&B or B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design strategies and vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
